We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, and we may change content or services at any time without prior notice.

All material shown on the site — designs, drawings, photography, visual assets, the logo and the brand identity — is owned by or licensed to Lamsat Emar and protected under Saudi intellectual property law.

None of it may be copied, republished, used commercially or adapted without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to breach, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of it or of our systems.

The contact form may not be used for promotional, repeated or automated messages. To protect the service we accept one request per phone number or email address every five days, and we may block senders who abuse it.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lamsat Emar is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the site.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time; an update takes effect once published on this page. Continuing to use the site after publication means you accept the updated version.
